Athena PowerLink Governing Body The Governing Body is a dedicated leadership team comprised of experienced professionals that manage and oversee the APL program. We are continually seeking referrals and cnominations for Governing Body members from the South Shore business community. Both men and women are welcome to serve.

Previously, Clare held senior positions in several New England area corporations. She serves on the WBC Steering Committee and ATHENAPowerLink® Governing Body of the SSCC, and Women’s Leadership Committee of the Ad Club in Boston.

Patty’s speaking engagements on saving money on health insurance and Massachusetts and National Health Reform have been attended by hundreds of MA businesses and members of US House and Senate. Patty works closely with profit and non-profit clients, provides compliance and HR-type communication to her clients, and strategic guidance on employee benefit plans.

She is a partner in with Partners Benefit Group, a cutting edge Benefits Management Company. In addition to her commitment to her profession and clients, Noreen has served the South Shore through Rotary Club of Weymouth, South Coastal Bank’s Board of Directors, a variety of nonprofit and business committees. While sitting on the Board of Directors of the SSCC, she was co-founder of the Women’s Business Connection (WBC) and was instrumental in bringing the Athena Powerlink™ Program to the Chamber of Commerce.<./font>
	Jacqueline Collins Partnering for Performance	Jacqueline Collins, President of Partnering for Performance, founded the company in 1999. PFP is a consulting firm that specializes in providing tools and techniques to help organizations create strategies for growth and organizational effectiveness. Areas of concentration include: Business/Personal Coaching, Organizational Design, Strategic Planning, Leadership/Team Development, Change Management, Process Improvement, and Communication. Jacqueline is an Ambassador for the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and is on the Board of Directors, an active Rotarian, Chair of a local Business Council, and Director of The Sea Level Exchange.
	Tricia Dandrow South Coastal Bank 279 Union Street Rockland, MA 02370 781-681-7215 Past Chair	Tricia Dandrow, Vice President in Commercial Lending, began her career as the Executive Director of the South Shore Economic Development Corporation (formerly affiliated with the SSCC) in 1986. In 1993 she joined Quincy Savings Bank; acquired by Citizens Bank. With over 20 years of experience in commercial lending, Tricia has expertise in SBA lending, C&I, and commercial real estate. In addition to managing a portfolio of existing customers, Tricia is also responsible for developing new business for South Coastal Bank. Tricia is a former chair of the WBC and the ATHENA PowerLink® Governing Body.

Her group offers training programs and expertise supporting project management and team- building activities, as well as virtual project management office (PMO) services to organizations that do not need a full-time PMO.
	Becky Dowd BoardProspects, Inc.	Past Chair – Athena Becky has had a long, successful career in Sales and Marketing spanning over 20 years and oversees the company’s sales strategies and initiatives targeting potential clients.. Becky’s strengths are her enthusiasm, energy, and creative thinking skills. She combines these strengths with her strong business acumen, with her exceptional interpersonal and communications skills to get people excited about marketing. Becky is active in the Assoc. of Accounting Marketers, Legal Marketing Association, and Massachusetts Society of CPA’s, South Shore Chamber of Commerce where she has served on the Board of Directors, and the South Shore YMCA.

She chairs the Corporate Department and serves on the Management Committee. She also provides general counsel to businesses in a variety of industries. Maria plays an active role in community organizations, including the Board of Directors of South Shore Hospital. 	Mark Rogers BoardProspects, Inc.	Mark is the founder of BoardProspects Inc. He is also of counsel to The Rogers Law Firm's Corporate, Health Care and International Practice Groups. He earned his undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross and his law degree (cum laude) from Suffolk University. Mark is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts in Massachusetts, as well as the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
