Whether in a 1-time workshop or ongoing services, participants of our many innovative and creative programs have the opportunity to connect with others, work towards their personal goals, and improve their overall well-being. Our team of board-certified music therapists pride ourselves on creating spaces where everyone can feel comfortable participating and accessing their creative selves. Group and individual services are provided at our center in Rockland and in the community through partnerships with education, healthcare, and community organizations throughout Southeastern, MA.
Empowering Athletes sports medicine & Performance - specializes in athletic training services such as injury evaluations, prevention, rehabilitation, sports specific rehabilitation on a 1:1 basis. We also offer strength Training classes or sports-specific classes in small groups or class styles. The model behind Empowering athletes is the longevity of the athlete and to help all athletes at every stage of their athletic opportunities.
